2. Monash Research Graduate School (MRGS) - exPERT Program

The Monash Research Graduate School (MRGS) coordinates an annual seminar and workshop program for postgraduate research students known as the exPERT program. The program focuses on key aspects of employment and research training and the development of generic and transferable skills. 3. Monash Postgraduate Association (MPA)

The Monash Postgraduate Association (MPA) offers a range of seminars, lunches and networking opportunities for research postgraduates.

4. UpSkills Program – The University of Melbourne

Monash postgraduates also have the opportunity to attend the School of Graduate Studies, University of Melbourne UpSkills Program seminars if places exist. This agreement is part of the Monash-Melbourne Protocol that promotes cooperation in service areas between the two institutions.

In recent years we have found hundreds of planets outside of our solar system.  Surely intelligent life must exist somewhere.  But why have radio searches revealed nothing yet?

Two experts on astrobiology will argue the topic using the latest information and theories about astronomy and the possibility of life existing in the Universe.
